Fixed remuneration due with respect to the year

950,000 The remuneration paid to Jean Lemierre is determined by the method recommended by the Remuneration Committee and approved by the Board of directors. His fi xed remuneration has not changed since December 2014.

Annual variable remuneration awarded in respect of the year

None Mr Jean Lemierre is not entitled to multi-annual variable remuneration. The absence of variable remuneration refl ects the independence of the Chairman with respect to the Executive Management.

Long-term compensation None Mr Jean Lemierre is not entitled to multi-annual variable remuneration. The absence of variable remuneration refl ects the independence of the Chairman with respect to the Executive Management.

Top-up pension plan defi ned-contribution

1,708 Mr Jean Lemierre benefi ts from the defi ned-contribution plan set up for all BNP Paribas SA employees, in accordance with pension plans article 83 of the French General Tax Code. The amount of contributions paid by the Company under the plan to Mr Jean Lemierre in 2018 was EUR 1,708.

Collective welfare benefi t and healthcare plan

3,217 Mr Jean Lemierre benefi ts from the disability, invalidity and death, and healthcare insurance plans offered to employees and corporate offi cers of BNP Paribas SA. He also benefi ts from death and disability insurance covering all employees of BNP Paribas SA. This amount is the total received.
