OUR CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY STRATEGY (CSR)
In 2017, BNP Paribas created a Company Engagement Department in line with its 2020 strategy. Represented on the Group s Executive Committee, this Department is tasked with:

■ defining and implementing commitments concerning economic growth, expansion, environment and energy transition, social inclusion and local development, diversity and promotion of human rights.
The Group s CSR policy is one of the main components of this approach. In line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), it is based on 4 pillars and 12 commitments that refl ect its CSR challenges, as well as the Bank s concrete achievements. As part of a continuous improvement process, this strategy aims to build a more sustainable world while ensuring the Group s stability and performance. All of the Group s business lines, networks, subsidiaries and countries apply this policy, while adapting it to their specifi c characteristics.
