10.2 Statement by the person responsible for the Registration document

I hereby declare that to the best of my knowledge, and having taken all reasonable precautions, the information contained in the Registration document is in accordance with the facts and contains no omission likely to affect its import.

I further declare that to the best of my knowledge, the fi nancial statements are prepared in accordance with applicable accounting standards and give a true and fair view of the assets, liabilities, fi nancial position, and profi t or loss of the Company and all the entities included in the consolidation, and that the information provided in the management report (whose contents are listed in the Table of Concordance on page 599 ) includes a fair review of the development and performance of the business, profi t or loss and fi nancial position of the Company and all the entities included in the consolidation, and that it describes the principal risks and uncertainties that they face.

I obtained a statement from the Statutory Auditors, Deloitte & Associés, PricewaterhouseCoopers Audit, and Mazars, at the end of their assignment, in which they confi rm having verifi ed the information regarding the fi nancial position and the accounts contained herewithin, and having examined the entire Registration document.
